Sevan Summer Session of EYP Armenia 2024

The Sevan Summer Session was held in Sevan, Armenia, from July 11 to July 14, 2024, under the theme of environmental protection of Lake Sevan, uniting environmentalists, experts, and youth leaders to address the critical issue of safeguarding the lake’s ecosystem. Located against the stunning backdrop of the lake, the event featured keynote speakers, interactive workshops and fostering collaborative efforts to combat environmental challenges. Delegates produced resolutions aimed at preserving Lake Sevan, fostering regional and international support, and highlighting the pivotal role of youth in environmental stewardship. This conference catalysed cross-sectoral cooperation and set the stage for positive change in the region’s environmental conservation efforts.
